Description

With breathtaking views over surrounding countryside and a mere 11 minutes walk to the lovely beach at Perranporth, this is a great place to stay. A ground floor flat with its own outside entrance in tiny Bolingey village on the outskirts of Perranporth, 9 miles from Newquay, Cornwall. A rural setting, the flat is tucked away in a quiet setting at the end of the driveway, at the rear of a larger house which has been recently rebuilt from the original old property standing on the site, resulting in 2 properties (the flat and the adjoining house). Perranporth is a quieter style beach resort. Both properties were built part using using large quantities of mahogany washed up on perranporth beach from a shipwreck; hence the flat's name. There is a large rear area with seating (garden furniture) to enjoy the views, but no true garden.

Accommodation

Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed; and 1 single bed (width being 2ft 6 ins, normal bed length), Double bed-settee for 1 person in lounge/diner. Sleeps 3 plus 1 child (a maximum of 3 adults please). The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave and fridge. The lounge/diner has a T.V> & DVD. Bathroom with bath and toilet.
