PETS
At many of the cottages one dog or more are welcome. When we have a dog they become part of the family and it is only natural that they come with us when we take a holiday. Indeed, the choice of a holiday in the U.K. may be partly because of the suitability for those with a dog.

Cottages that allow a dog do so because the cottage owner considers the cottage suitable for a dog and is happy for you to bring a pet with you. However, please abide by the standard rules below so that the cottage owner will continue to allow a dog and the holidaymakers arriving after your stay will find the accommodation is still in a good state. This is to everyones advantage.
1. Do not leave your dog unattended in the cottage so as to protect the cottage from possible damage. A dog left alone in a cottage can become frightened by outside noise or the unfamiliar setting and cause damage.
2. Make sure that your pet does not go on the furniture or go upstairs or on the beds.
3. Please make sure that the garden is kept in a good and tidy state.
4. Make sure that any children know of and follow these rules.
If you follow the above you will be able to enjoy your holiday and hopefully the cottage will continue to allow pets and you will be able to visit again in the future.
