A fantastic & spacious high standard ground floor apartment in the village of Hayle, under 1 mile to the 3 miles of golden sands at Hayle beach, 5 miles from St Ives, West Cornwall. An excellent position near the top of a side lane, a few minutes stroll down to shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Try the walk down to the glorious beach, via footpath and road leading from holiday apartment. St Ives is a great favourite, with its quaint shops, fishing boats and lovely beaches; there is a regular bus into St Ives. The apartment is ground floor (on bottom right of photo), one of 4 apartments in the house, the house having originally been a Grammar School. There is a large enclosed front communal lawn. View of sea and beach from the garden, and panoramic views over surrounding countryside and onto St Ives. SATURDAY ONLY CHANGEOVER.
