‘Parkside’ , a lovely detached 1930’s bungalow in the small family beach resort of Perranporth, Cornwall. Exactly 6 minutes walk to the excellent beach. A wide flat beach backed by high sand dunes with 2 miles of golden sands. The town shops and restaurants border the beach. 5 miles to St Agnes & 6 miles to Newquay. The bungalow is 1 of 5 in a quieter cul-de-sac lane, overlooking the large park (tennis courts, grass areas, childrens swings). Good size front lawn and a front patio with seating. From the front patio, lounge/diner and bedroom 1 you can enjoy extensive views over Perranporth and the surrounding countryside.

Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed & TV. Bedroom 2 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. Lounge/diner with T.V. & video. Kitchen with electric oven, electric hob unit, microwave & fridge. Bathroom with bath & overhead shower. Separate toilet.
