‘Parkside’ is a nicely furnished detached 1930’s bungalow in the small family beach resort of Perranporth, Cornwall. Exactly 6 minutes walk to the excellent
beach. A wide flat beach backed by high sand dunes. 2 miles of golden sands. The town shops and restaurants border the beach. A 5 minute walk to local Inns.
5 miles to St Agnes. 6 miles to Newquay. The bungalow is 1 of 5 in a quieter cul-de-sac lane, overlooking the large park (tennis courts, grass areas, childrens
swings). Good size front lawn. Small surfaced rear area with seating.
