Kerris Vean Farmhouse is a higher standard semidetached house 3 miles from Penzance & Mousehole, West Cornwall. St Ives about 13 miles. The lovely beach at Lamorna Cove is 2 miles by road (also a pleasant walk). Also first rate beaches at Penzance. 1 & a half miles to Lamorna village with pub (does food). The cottage is in a peaceful country setting, away from any roads, at the end of a long woodfringed & pretty, surfaced lane. One of a few houses; being a former farmhouse, not on a working farm. There is a large enclosed surrounding lawn. This is an area famed for its spectacular rugged coastline and superb beaches- popular with walkers.

Large kitchen/diner with dining for 8, electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer. Downstairs Pool Room with slate pool table (approx. 7 & half feet table) with pool and snooker balls. Lounge with colour T.V. & DVD. Sun conservatory overlooking the lawn. Upstairs shower room with shower unit, washbasin & toilet. 2nd toilet upstairs. Downstairs bathroom with bath, washbasin & toilet.
