A terraced villa in the grounds of Kenegie Manor under 3 miles from Penzance, West Cornwall. 2 miles from the beautiful sandy beaches stretching from Penzance to Marazion. In our opinion Kenegie Manor is among the nicest cornish holiday villages. The villa is well furnished, in a more peaceful position and a couple of minutes stroll from the 400 years old Kenegie Manor. Enjoy strolling or relaxing in the lovely grounds. Club membership is inclusive so there is free use of the fabulous indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, tennis and a small putting green. There is also a small play park for young children. For the evenings there is the licensed bar with food menu & dining area. Amusements (pool table etc). Kenegie Manor lounge gives free access to internet/WI-FI (bring own laptop). This part of Cornwall has many of the best holiday attractions and theme parks in the county, together with many of the best beaches. St Michaels Mount Castle (reached by boat, or beach causeway at low tide) is visible from Kenegie Manor entrance.

Downstairs: Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Upstairs: Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave & fridge. Open plan lounge/diner with colour T.V. Double bed-settee in the lounge area. Duvets. Downstairs shower room with shower, toilet & washbasin.

Own adjacent parking space for 1 car; & parking in the Manor car park a few minutes stroll away. 1 dog.

Facilities

Kenegie Manor Bar & bar snacks open March 31 to April 14 and June 2 to 26 October. Swimming Pool & sauna open March 10 to October 26. Linen & electric inclusive. Heating by electric heaters throughout (adequate for colder months).
