‘Seaward View Bungalow’, a detached modern bungalow in Beacon village 1 mile from Camborne and 5 miles from Portreath, West Cornwall. The bungalow is in a quieter cul de sac setting amidst other bungalows on the edge of the village with panoramic countryside views extending to the sea which can be glimpsed in the distance. A short stroll to the Falcon Inn with nearby Camborne having a wide selection of shops and eating places. Popular Portreath has a large classic sandy beach with other excellent beaches a few miles away on either side at Gwithian and Porthtowan. 10 miles further down the coast is St Ives with Penzance about 14 miles away. Camborne is well worth a visit, an historic town with many fine buildings dating from the tin mining boom. Just outside Camborne is Carnbea Leisure Centre with indoor pool and gym. Lots of attractions in the area including Tehidy Country Park. The bungalow has a good size enclosed rear garden with table and chairs and a tiny front garden.

Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 has full size bunk beds. Bedroom 3 has 1 single bed. Kitchen/diner with an electric oven, hob unit, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Dining table and also a breakfast bar with bar stools. Lounge with T.V. & DVD., with french windows onto front garden. Bathroom with bath, overhead shower, toilet and washbasin.

Parking in driveway for 2 cars and also parking on lane outside (no restrictions). No pets.
