‘Hollybank’ is an attractive & high standard detached modern bungalow in the tiny hamlet of London Apprentice 2 miles from St Austell, Cornwall. Near both the Eden Project & Heligan Gardens. The harbour of Charleston, St Austell & the excellent beach at Pentewan Sands are 2 miles. Mevagissey is 4 miles. A short stroll to a restaurant and shop; pub 1 mile. The bungalow is in a countryside setting on a hillside with beautiful views over Kings Woods and the Pentewan valley. It is one of 3 properties at the end of a short private lane. Enclosed surrounding lawns with shrubs & trees and a patio (garden table, seating & barbecue) overlooking the valley so you can take your meal while enjoying the views. Not suitable for the disabled as there are steps up to the bungalow.

Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. New kitchen/diner (2009) with electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave & fridge. Washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer in garage. Lounge with colour TV. Bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

Parking space on private gravel drive for 1 car (2nd car on road in lay-by). 1 small dog welcome.
