‘The Tiddy House’ is a really pretty detached little cottage on Yeomadon Farm near Pyworthy village, 3 miles from Holsworthy market town and 8 miles from the beaches at Bude and the North Cornwall coast. This traditional beef farm is on the beautiful Cornwall/Devon border. The cottage has been converted to a high standard with oak beams and gallery bedroom, with a traditional feel but with modern facilities such as oil-fired central heating. The cottage has its own private garden with garden furniture and parking. Visitors are welcome to enjoy picturesque walks around the farm’s fields, lakes and woodland. Coarse fishing inclusive. A short stroll toi free fishing on the farm’s 4 lakes with carp up to 20 lbs and also tench, roach, bream and crucian carp. Visitors also have free use of the farm grass tennis court. Plenty of things to do and see in the area as well as the local beaches including the Eden Project (just over 1 hours drive away); Dartmoor and the coastal footpaths for walking; National Trust properties and gardens; Roadford Reservoir for water sports and walks; Clovelly and Dartington Crystal where you can watch the glassware being made.

Bedroom 1 is a gallery bedroom with 1 double bed. Open plan living area. Kitchen area with electric cooker, microwave, fridge & washing machine. Downstairs bathroom with bath, shower, toilet & washbasin. Lounge area with colour T.V.(FREEVIEW), DVD, Radio/CD player.

Adjacent off-road parking. 2 dogs welcome (please do not leave dogs unattended in cottage). Coarse fishing on the farm is inclusive.
