A well presented terraced villa on Atlantic Reach Country Club &Vacations Estate, a 16 acres wooded estate 6 miles from Newquay, Cornwall. Atlantic Reach is a somewhat upmarket vacations estate and although the country club facilities are not available to holidaymakers staying at this villa the pleasant setting and well placed location make this a good place to stay. The villa is set on the edge of the estate, in a quieter position. Front lawn area with garden furniture.

Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Double bed-settee in lounge area. Lounge area with colour T.V., DVD. Kitchen/diner area with an electric cooker, microwave & fridge. Bathroom with bath, overhead shower, washbasin & toilet.

Parking in the main car park or in the mini car park a few hundred yards away. 1 dog welcome.
Facilities
Linen & electric inclusive. Heating by wall mounted electric convector heaters in bedrooms and living area (double glazed so easier to keep warm).
