Picturesque ‘Coach House Cottage’ is a semi-detached cottage in an idyllic location in the heart of the Cornish countryside near the Cornwall/Devon border 3 miles from Launceston, North Cornwall. 10 miles from Tavistock and 20 miles to Plymouth. Launceston & Tavistock are both thriving towns with shops, cafes and restaurants (Launceston Castle is worth a visit). A central base for touring and both coastlines. The cottage was converted from a coach house, and is ground floor only and in an attractive setting opposite the owner’s farmhouse on a smallholding. Views over the Tamar Valley. Access is by a short surfaced farm lane. ‘Coach House Cottage’ retains much of its original character. There is a front patio (with garden furniture) and a private enclosed lawn at the rear reached by walking around the side of the cottage. Use of large paddock to play in, kick football.
