Cottages in Cornwall. Chest-Tre is a lovely character stone cottage in Delabole village 3 miles from Tintagel, North Cornwall. A semi-detached victorian cottage with Camelford 3 miles and Boscastle quaint fishing village only 5 miles. Trebarwith Strand good beach 3 miles & favourite Polzeath beach 10 miles. Beautiful coastal walks along the rugged North Cornwall coastline. A stroll to village pub & shops. A 5 minutes stroll to Ferndale Farm coarse fishing lakes. 3 lakes with carp (up to 15 lbs), bream (up to 12lbs), tench, roach & rudd. Reasonable low charge. Attractive & peaceful lakes in a country setting. The rear lawn is just visible in photo and smaller little lawn on other side of hedge.

Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 has 1 double bed. Duvets. No suitable room in bedrooms for a cot. Lounge with Flat Screen T.V. Dining room. Kitchen with elect cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer. Bathroom with bath, overhead shower.

Non-smoking. Private parking bay opposite for 2 cars. No pets. There is a £40 returnable deposit payable at the same time as the final payment.

Coal fire in lounge & dining room (logs & coal from garage). Woodburner in kitchen. Night storage heaters in all bedrooms, lounge & dining room, available individually at £4 per heater per week each, if required, payable upon arrival. Electric fire in lounge. £1 electric meter.
