‘Oak Cottage’ is situated on the outskirts of the small town of Camelford, North Cornwall. Only 5 miles to the good sandy beach at Trebarwith Strand and under 6 miles to Boscastle and Tintagel. Just a 3 minutes stroll into the town’s shops and eating places. The cottage was converted from a barn during 2007 and the owner’s have taken great care to provide higher standard and very comfortable accommodation, whilst there are character features such as exposed pine floors. It is in the attractive grounds of the owner’s small bed and breakfast house and Oak Cottage has it’s own small pretty garden area with garden furniture. Oak Cottage is ground floor accommodation, there being a second cottage on the first floor above. Own outside entrance. Camelford is a pleasant surprise to visitors with its interesting and varied shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes.

Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed. Double bed-settee in lounge area. Open plan living area. Lounge area with T.V., Freeview & DVD. Kitchen area with an electric cooker, microwave and fridge. Shower room with shower, washbasin & toilet. Free use of laundry room in owner’s grounds with washing machine & tumble dryer.

Four Star Tourist Board rated. Parking space adjacent to cottage. 1 dog welcome.

Facilities

Linen for double bed, electric & central heating (thermostat controlled) inclusive. If linen is required for double bed-settee it is available at £10 per week, payable to cottage owner upon arrival.
