A gorgeous cottage, ‘Neil’s Worden Barn’ is a detached converted former grain barn situated on a picturesque and quiet country lane 1 mile from Bradworthy and 9 miles from Bude, North Cornwall. Sandymouth excellent beach 6 miles. Under 2 miles to the fabulous Tamar Lakes Water Park with canoeing, windsurfing, sailing & fishing. Local family theme parks near Kilkhampton (Killarney Springs and Brocklands). Further afield in North Devon are ‘The Milky way’, ’The Big Sheep’ and the famous fishing village of Clovelly. The barn was converted during 2002 to provide higher standard and very inviting accommodation, retaining the character of the original building. It is situated on a working farm with sheep. Holidaymakers are welcome to walk & picnic in the fields. Bradworthy village has a pub and shops. Small garden area.

Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 has bunk beds. Double sofa bed in lounge. Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Lounge with colour T.V. Entrance hall/dining area. Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower, and toilet.

Adjacent off the road parking space for 1 car and parking in yard for second car. No pets.
