Swannacott will appeal tolovers of the countryside and walkers; a rural, pretty setting, with access by the good tarmac farm lane. Holidaymakers are welcome to stroll on the farm’s surrounding 140 acres of farmland with attractive wooded areas and stream - of particular interest being the 600 years old oak trees. Good walks leading from the farmhouse with a circular footpath into the village. Next door is a small farm cottage. The cottage is especially appealing to those seeking the peace and quiet of the countryside yet wanting to be within easy reach of beach and the scenic coastline. Attractive enclosed front lawn, ideal for children.
