‘The Hedges’ is a high standard & pretty detached modern bungalow on the outskirts of Stratton village only 2 miles from the beaches at Bude, North Cornwall. The bungalow is situated on a quieter country side lane amidst a few older houses, just north of Stratton village centre. One and a half miles walk into Bude town centre and beaches by lane and footpath. A quarter of a mile stroll into Stratton with the excellent Old Tree Inn & Kings Arms pubs. Bude is a beach resort, famous for its miles of classic sandy beaches & coastal walks. It has the usual entertainment & amenities of a resort and boasts a free & large salt water swimming pool on the main beach, an indoor pool, a 18 hole golf course & a few unusual attractions such as boating on Bude Canal (can hire rowing boats). Private & attractive surrounding garden, with shrubs & flowers & small lawn areas.

Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Duvets. Linen inclusive for overseas visitors only. Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine. Lounge/diner with colour T.V. Sun lounge (sun trap) with soft seating. Rear patio (sun trap). Shower room with shower, toilet & washbasin.

Parking in driveway for 2 cars. 1 dog welcome.

Electric inclusive. Heating by night storage heaters in all rooms at £12 per week if required, payable to owner upon arrival.
