'Trewane House', an end-terraced high standard house set in a quieter residential area in Bude, North Cornwall. Under 5 minutes level stroll to superb Crooklets beach with cafe. A short walk into Bude town shops, beachside pubs and restaurants. Bude’s large classic sandy beaches are amongst the best in Cornwall. Bude has varied holiday attractions, a favourite for surfers; free huge open air swimming pool on the beach, golf course, leisure centre, boating & fishing on Bude canal and much more. Great for a beach holiday with spectacular coastal walks. Why not try, when the tide is out, the approx two miles walk along the beaches to Sandymouth and Coombe Valley or choose the cliff top option. Trewane House has a small enclosed front garden with garden gate and a rear enclosed yard area.

Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Bedroom 2 has 1 single bed. Bedroom 3 has 1 double bed. Double bed-settee in lounge. Although sleeping for 8 a maximum of 6 people please.There is a lounge with T.V. and DVD. Good size kitchen/diner with electric cooker, microwave, fridge. Outside utility room with walk in shower (great for surfers/children just in from the beach), freezer, washing machine, washbasin & toilet. Dining table for 6, with second dining table for 4. Bathroom with bath, overhead shower, washbasin and toilet.

Miscellaneous

Parking on the road outside, no restrictions, always plenty of room. 1 dog welcome.
