Description
A walk down to the beach. A high standard semi-detached house on a residential street in the beach resort of Bude, North Cornwall. Under 5 minutes level stroll to Crooklets huge sandy beach & cafe and places to eat. Bude town shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes are a short walk away. Bude is popular for its large classic sandy beaches and has a huge free open air swimming pool on Summerlease beach. Bude offers many attractions; excellent surfing beaches, golf course, leisure centre, boating & coarse fishing on Bude canal and much more. When the tide is out the beaches open up allowing a 2 miles beach walk to Sandymouth & Coombe Valley; can also choose the coastal footpath option. This house is roomy and ideal for a family with children as there is a convenient level walk down to the beach and the enclosed front garden with its large front gates (see photo) means greater safety for young children. There is also a small rear garden with large decked patio, garden furniture and a small barbecue.

Bedroom 1 has 1 King size double bed and an en-suite shower room (shower unit, toilet, washbasin). Bedroom 2 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 3 has 3 single beds. Bedroom 4 has 1 King size double bed & 1 single bed. Double bed-settee in the large lounge. Built in wardrobes except for bedroom 2. Large long lounge with widescreen T.V., DVD, Sky. Wireless internet access (bring own laptop), with seating for 10. French doors onto rear garden decked patio (garden furniture). Large kitchen/diner (seating for 10) with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, separate dryer and fridge/freezer.microwave. Upstairs bathroom with bath, overhead shower and toilet. Also a downstairs toilet & washbasin. There is also a newly installed heated shower in the rear garden, great fun, ideal for washing off the children after they return from the beach or for returning surfers.

3 cars can be parked in the driveway (can also park on road outside, no restrictions). 1 dog welcome.
