Description
The Swallows, an appealing single storey detached cottage in Enniscaven hamlet 2 miles from the villages of St Dennis & Roche, approx 8 miles from the beach resort of Newquay and approx 7 miles from St Austell, Cornwall. A great central position for exploring Cornwall being mid-way between both coasts. Within easy reach of the Eden Project (near St Austell). Lots to do and see in the area. A perfect rural getaway, the cottage is well equipped and has exposed beams, providing very comfortable accommodation. There is a main and enclosed rear lawn which is ideal for children or pets, with a barbecue patio (bistro table and chairs) and a decked area with garden furniture. Also a courtyard garden and a small walled garden (benched table, great for dining alfresco), both ideal for sunbathing. The Swallows is situated in its own grounds to the rear of the owner’s bungalow. There is use of the adjacent quarter acre field (also used by the owners 2 cute miniature ponies (30 inches high), ideal for exercising dogs. Within 100 yards is the Goss Moor (moorland managed by Natural England) and a 7 mile circular cycle track. The moor is also suitable for peaceful country walks where wildlife, birds and rare butterflies can be spotted. The villages of Roche & St Dennis have pubs, village shops and fish & chip shops - Roche has a Co-op supermarket and a Chinese takeaway.

Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed & en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin & toilet; & T.V. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, T.V. with an en-suite shower room with shower, toilet and a washbasin The bedroom opens onto sun lounge. The Galley kitchen has an electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge and a dishwasher. The beamed dining room is supplied with comfortable seating & radio CD player, providing a separate relaxation area. Lounge with T.V. & DVD player. Also a utility room which has a washing machine, tumble dryer & sink.

Facilities
Linen, electric & heating are inclusive. Heating is by night storage heaters throughout (including bedrooms) and also coal effect electric heaters in the lounge and dining room.
