‘The Hayloft’, a recently completed barn conversion cottage amidst lovely countryside at Trewidlands 6 miles from Looe, East Cornwall. Polperro is 11 miles and Liskeard approx 4 miles. Plymouth is 14 miles. Looe and Polperro are well known and picturesque fishing villages, popular with visitors, Looe boasting a good sandy beach. A short distance further down the coast are St Austell & Fowey. A good coastal position for exploring the many local attractions of East Cornwall whilst being in easy reach of Plymouth. Originally a hayloft; one of a small number of cottages on what was once a farm, in a quiet rural and secluded setting at the end of a short lane. The cottage is all first floor except for the ground floor entrance and hallway, there being an adjoining cottage. Great care has been taken to retain the character of the original building; high beamed ceilings, exposed stonework complemented by attractive furnishings.

Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed. A quality double futon bed in lounge area. No babies or children under 16 please. Impressive and large open plan living area. Lounge/diner area with T.V. Kitchen area with an electric cooker, hob unit, microwave and fridge/freezer. Shower room with shower unit, washbasin & toilet. Utility room with washing machine.

No pets. There is a dedicated off the road parking space at the rear.
